Our kids Martial Arts classes will promote self-confidence and leadership as well a firm grasp on self-defense and identifying potential dangerous situations.

This class is perfect for everyone focusing on basic conditioning, skill-building drills, movement drills, technique explanation and demonstration and situational training.

Kardio Kickbox is for everyone, from those who want to get in shape to those looking for the ultimate workout. Classes are for adults & teens. You wear regular workout clothes.

  • Our story starts a little over a year ago. Having tried other sports and activities without much success, my son told me he wanted to try Tae Kwon Do. We heard good things about Chris Gates, and signed up for a trial lesson. From the moment my son put his uniform on, I could see that *THIS* was it. THIS was the thing we had been trying to find. Over the last year, I have watched him learn new skills, gain focus, and grow in strength and confidence under the guidance of exceptional instructors and fellow classmates.   • Hi my name is Josh. I’ve been a student at Chris Gates Tae Kwon Do for just over a year now. I joined originally to better myself, physically, mentally, to be more disciplined. And I have gained all three of these things in the short time I have been here. My biggest goal is that I want to be a Black Belt because it will make me feel good inside & out.
